Tanda worked well for a few months but then would work only intermittently. The company was very slow to respond to my request even though the devive was under warranty. After I received the new device, I experienced similar problems. I believe they replaced the second device with a refurbished device that only worked for a month. Now my original warranty has expired. The device is made of plastic and is probably too fragile to last, even though this type of device is likely to receive only gentle treatment. A disappointment considering the price tag.

Tanda worked for me for siz months, then it was no longer able to remain on long enough to complete a three minute session. It turns itself off in 30 seconds. I emailed the company a week ago and have not received a response. I have read of similar problems with the device. This item is too expensive to have such a small life. There are other blue lights. I would recommend choosing a different brand.

i bought this exact product recently from a canadian website for $250, so shop around for the best price. the blue head reduces adult acne, similar to an acne laser, and the red head stimulates collagen, plumping the skin, improving skin texture, reducing wrinkles, and minimizing pores. the acne treatments are 3 minutes per area and the rejuvenation treatments are 30 seconds per area. i’ve seen a marked improvement in a small time period. it is expensive, but consider the cost of all the products that you buy and try, and they don’t work. this is worth it. and you can do it at home, it’s so convenient.

Do not buy this product. It is defective. The product may work but the Tanda only works for about 2 months. Then it will start shutting off after a few seconds. I have had 4 replacements from Tanda and they all had the same problem. They kept telling me the problem was fixed but it wasn’t. I was promised a refund in May and still have not received one. If you call they give you excuses of why I do not have it. Buying this product is no different than flushing your money away. I returned the product and now have nothing.
